Olive Oil Chicken Leek Meal

Ingredients 

• 1 kg leeks
• 300 g diced chicken
• 2 green peppers
• 1 onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoons of oil
• 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
• Salt

Preparation 

Chop the onion, garlic and pepper into pieces. Add the ingredients by taking the oil into the pot. Add the chicken on the roasted ingredients and roast. Add tomato paste and salt, continue roasting. Wash the leeks thoroughly, cut them into rings and add them to the pot. Cook it by adding enough water to cover it a little bit.
