Steamed Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 600 g fillet sea bass
  • 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 4 diced bell peppers
  • 1 medium sized onion, grated
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 20 peppercorns
  • Salt
  • 400 g water
  • 80 g olive oil
  • Half a bunch of parsley

Preparation 

Put the olive oil in the pan and heat it. Add the grated onion and mix for 2 minutes. Add the black pepper, tomato and mushroom and sauté for another 5 minutes. Then add the spices and water. When it boils, add the fish and cook for 12 minutes. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over the fish and serve hot.
