Fresh Beans with Olive Oil

Ingredients
- Half kg. green beans
- 2 tomatoes peeled and chopped
- 1 medium onion cut into thin rings
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and chopped
- 4 spoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt
- 1 glass of water
Preparation
Clean and wash the edges of the green beans. In a small saucepan, heat oil and add onion and garlic. 5 min. Add the roasted beans, 5 min. Fry more, add the tomato and pepper, 5 minutes. Fry more, add salt, sugar and water. When it starts to boil, cover it with a greaseproof paper, cook for 45 minutes, do not open the lid of the pot until it cools down, serve warm or cold.
