Hummus with Olive Oil

Ingredients
- 2 cups chickpeas
- 5 tablespoons of tahini
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
- 1/2 tea cup of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon truck
- Salt
- Dried mint
- 1/2 tea cup water
Preparation
Boil the chickpeas until soft. Remove the shells of the boiled chickpeas one by one. Chop the garlic into small pieces. Mix boiled chickpeas, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin and salt with a blender. After it reaches the consistency of puree, spread it on the serving plate. Serve with olive oil, boiled chickpeas and dried mint.
